Prior to joining Citizens Pensions, Vitalis was Chief Financial Officer at Fidelity Pension Managers Limited, where he led the company’s financial turnaround, growing assets under management from under ₦5 billion to over ₦260 billion and restoring sustainable profitability. His leadership ensured consistent dividend payouts to shareholders and set new benchmarks in regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS), Vitalis is known for his mastery of financial systems automation, enterprise resource planning, and investment risk oversight. He has successfully managed multi-functional teams, delivered enterprise-level budgeting frameworks, and driven audit-ready reporting systems across institutions.
