Omolola's career is a testament to her dedication and expertise in customer-centric roles. She began her professional journey as a Customer Service Officer at United Bank for Africa (UBA Plc), where she developed a strong foundation in client relations. Over the years, she advanced to key leadership positions, including Customer Relationship Manager, Team Lead Operations at UBA Pensions Custodian Limited, and Head of Client Services. These roles honed her ability to craft innovative solutions that align with customer needs and organizational goals. 
 
Omolola holds a bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture and Fisheries Management from the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Wales, United Kingdom. She has also earned certifications in customer satisfaction and service excellence, underscoring her commitment to continuous professional development and expertise in her field.
