Emmanuel is a Risk Management and Compliance professional with over 19 years of experience across banking, capital markets, pensions, and consulting, he brings a rare blend of technical depth and purpose-driven leadership. His journey began at Deloitte Nigeria, where he advised top-tier financial institutions on governance and risk frameworks that stood the test of time.

At Citizens Pensions Limited, he serves as Head of Risk Management, championing a culture of enterprise risk awareness that safeguards the strategic objective of the organization.Before this, he led compliance functions at Radix Pensions (now CardinalStone Pensions) and equally held critical roles at Oceanic Bank (now Ecobank) in Operational Risk and Control Group respectively. Emmanuel also led strategic risk and compliance initiatives at Alternative Capital Partners (Asset Management & Investment Banking) as Sponsored Individual.

A graduate of Banking & Finance, from the University of Uyo, and currently pursuing an MBA, he is a member of the Compliance Institute of Nigeria (CIN) and the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria (CRMI).
