He holds globally recognized certifications, including the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). As a dedicated member of CIPM, he continues to leverage his expertise to shape dynamic and results-driven HR strategies. 
 
His core proficiencies span talent management, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, succession planning, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Throughout his career, Edet has successfully delivered impactful HR projects across industries such as financial services, healthcare, and philanthropy, enabling organizational growth and operational efficiency. 
 
Edet Unanaowo holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Communication Arts from the University of Uyo and a Master’s Degree in Risk Management from the University of Lagos.
