Anthony U. Nnegha is a visionary IT leader with over two decades of experience driving digital transformation, enhancing operational resilience, and aligning technology strategy with business growth in Nigeria’s evolving financial services sector.
 
He holds an MBA in Finance and Investment from ABU Zaria, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. A Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Database Administrator, Anthony has also completed executive programmes at Columbia Business School and Kellogg School of Management, with specialisations in strategic IT leadership, data analytics, and operational strategy.

As Head of Information Technology at Citizens Pensions, Anthony leads the design and execution of innovative, secure, and scalable systems that underpin the company’s bold ambitions. He is passionate about building digital environments that are not only efficient but also intuitive for users, ensuring that technology simplifies engagement while delivering measurable value.

Before joining Citizens Pensions, Anthony held strategic leadership roles at Trustfund Pensions and IEI-Anchor Pensions, where he successfully led enterprise IT transformations, deployed cutting-edge infrastructure, and introduced customer-centric solutions such as electronic document management systems, cloud collaboration tools, and customer contact centres.
