Oluwafemi Adegoroye is a seasoned business development, sales, and market expansion leader with over 20 years of experience driving sustainable growth within Nigeria’s pension and financial services industry. He currently serves as Head, Business Development at Citizens Pensions, where he is responsible for accelerating market penetration, strengthening institutional and individual client relationships, and supporting the organisation’s long-term growth strategy.

Throughout his career, Oluwafemi has built a reputation for translating strategy into measurable results. Prior to joining Citizens Pensions, he held several senior leadership roles at ARM Pensions and Access ARM Pensions, including Head, Strategic Business Unit (South) and Head, Strategic Business Unit (South-West). In these roles, he led large, high-performing teams across multiple states, spearheaded strategic client acquisition initiatives, and executed data-driven sales strategies that significantly expanded market share.

During his tenure at ARM Pensions and Access ARM Pensions, Oluwafemi delivered exceptional commercial outcomes. His leadership earned him multiple recognitions, including MD’s Transfer Window Platinum Award, Sales Excellence Awards, and Service Excellence Awards, reflecting both performance and integrity.

Oluwafemi brings deep expertise in pension fund administration, client relationship management, regulatory compliance, and strategic market development. He is known for building trust-driven partnerships, leading complex negotiations, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver superior customer outcomes.

At Citizens Pensions, Oluwafemi is focused on building a future-ready business development engine, one that prioritises customer confidence, disciplined execution, and long-term value creation. He holds an HND in Accounting, a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Marketing at the University of Ibadan. Oluwafemi is a member of several professional bodies, including the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (UK), the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria, and the International Institute of Project and Safety Management.
